The Cornext Kompakt ASB100 is a fully-automated, high-capacity silage baling system engineered for commercial fodder production. Key Features:
High-Speed Bale Output: Delivers up to 60 bales per hour, significantly increasing throughput while reducing manual labor.
Programmable Dual Wrapping: Equipped with two-stage wrapping units for internal and external protection using UV-protected polyethylene or polypropylene film (15 and 25 microns). Both stages are programmable to control the number of layers as needed.
Smart Digital Control Panel: The user-friendly digital controller (12V DC) features an alphanumeric display and allows programmable settings for bale count, wrapping layers, and weight (100kg). Optional manual controls are available for field adaptability.
Elevated Operator Platform: Provides enhanced visibility and easy monitoring of all machine operations from a safe, elevated position.
Material Handling System:
High-Capacity Hopper: The baler includes a 600 kg hopper, capable of processing 6–7 bales per load, ensuring reduced downtime between batches.
Chain-Driven Conveyor: A rugged chain-operated conveyor system with a capacity of 125 kg/min ensures continuous feed flow into the compression chamber.
Compression Chamber: Achieves a high compaction density between 945–995 kg/m³, preserving fodder nutrition and reducing storage volume. The system is equipped with automatic pressure control for consistent bale quality.
