Our Origin Story

India has one of the world’s largest dairy and cattle populations — yet quality green fodder is not available consistently through the year. It’s abundant at harvest, scarce soon after, and rarely available where it’s needed most.

Cornext’s founders saw this from the ground up: green fodder is seasonal, bulky, and hard to store or move — yet dairy animals need to eat every day, to maintain health & retain milk productivity.

The answer was baling: chop, ferment, compress, and wrap green forage into bales that can be stored for months and transported anywhere. In 2015, Cornext introduced this technology to India’s dairy sector — and built a company around it.
