The KOMPAKT ASB60 is a fully automatic silage baler designed to make silage production simpler, faster and more efficient. It is capable of baling a wide range of chopped forage, including green fodder, TMR and hay, making it a versatile solution for dairy farms and fodder enterprises.

The ASB60 produces compact bales weighing approximately 60–80 kg, with a compaction rate of around 650 kg/m³. The high-density bales are designed to minimise air within the material, supporting effective anaerobic fermentation and helping preserve silage quality during storage.

Operation is controlled through an easy-to-use digital controller, allowing the operator to set the desired bale weight within the machine's operating range. The number of internal and external wrapping layers can also be programmed according to the required level of protection and expected storage period.

The machine incorporates automatic bale weighment and counting, ensuring better control over production and bale consistency. Automatic bale ejection further reduces manual handling and improves operational efficiency. An elevated operator platform provides convenient access and clear visibility of the complete baling and wrapping operation.

With a production capacity of approximately 50–60 bales per hour and three-phase electrical operation, the KOMPAKT ASB60 offers a practical, automated solution for efficient and consistent silage production.
