The KOMPAKT ASB100 is a fully automatic silage baler designed to make the process of silage production faster, easier and more efficient. It is engineered to compress chopped green fodder into compact, high-density bales and wrap them securely, reducing manual effort and simplifying the overall silage-making process.

The ASB100 produces bales weighing approximately 90–120 kg, with the bale weight adjustable through its easy-to-use digital controller. The digital controller also enables adjustment of the number of internal and external wrapping layers, giving the operator greater control over bale protection and storage requirements.

With a compaction rate of approximately 650 kg/m³ and an output of 50–60 bales per hour, the ASB100 is designed for high-volume silage operations where productivity and consistency are critical.
