The patented MSB500-AT-PRO is a compact, indigenously developed mini silage baler designed to make high-quality silage production more accessible to dairy farmers and fodder entrepreneurs. It processes chopped forage such as maize, grass, TMR, hay and other suitable feed materials, compressing them into compact, high-density bales and sealing them with stretch film to support anaerobic fermentation and long-term preservation.

The machine produces 60–80 kg bales measuring approximately 500 × 500 mm, making the bales easier to handle, transport, stack and feed compared with large conventional silage bales. Its hydraulic operating system, chain-type conveyor and integrated compression chamber enable efficient and consistent baling.

The MSB500-AT-PRO incorporates automatic bale weighment, sensor-driven wrapping and automatic bale ejection, reducing manual intervention during the baling process. Its two-stage wrapping system includes internal protection and external wrapping, with UV-protected film helping protect the finished bale during outdoor storage.

With an output of up to 40 bales per hour and a daily capacity of approximately 20–25 MT, the patented MSB500-AT-PRO provides a practical solution for decentralized silage production, helping farmers and fodder businesses produce, store and supply quality green fodder throughout the year.
